A studio for building things that work, run by someone who has been doing it for twenty years.
This is a studio for people who build before they pitch.
Twenty years of work, three businesses scaled, several products shipped. No shortcuts. No bullshit.
Just things that work.
I build products and sell them to companies.
I started in M&A and strategy consulting, then founded SPARTEK, the first fitness-as-a-service company in France. Gyms didn't buy machines, we financed and maintained them. I grew it to several million euros in annual cash flow before selling it. Then I co-founded WorkAdventure, which went from an open-source side project to Allianz, Deutsche Bahn and Société Générale, with no outside funding.
Now I build AI products here at Kunley. Data Mirror shows you who tracks you and what your data is worth. Smallprint reads contracts in seconds, the way a broker would in hours.
A virtual collaboration platform for serious organizations.
Shows you who tracks you and what your data is worth. Then poisons it.
Reads contracts the way no human ever could, in seconds.
Selective mandates for technical teams who need to build their product and bring it to market.
Drukpa Kunley was a Buddhist master who refused every convention his tradition asked of him.
And yet, six centuries later, his teachings shape Bhutanese Buddhism more than any orthodox lineage that came after him.
His method was simple. Strip away the ritual. Strip away the performance. Strip away everything people pretend wisdom should look like. What remains is the only thing that matters.
This studio is built on the same principle. Forget what an entrepreneur is supposed to look like. Forget the deck, the pitch, the founder uniform. Build something that works. Show it. Let the rest follow.
